Each assignee reports individually
Every assignee has their own status and, if needed, a personal deadline. The “Done” button works the same from the group, DMs and the Mini App.
The bot reminds — privately
24 hours, 3 hours and 1 hour before the deadline — as direct messages, only to those who haven't reported. Once you're done, reminders stop. The group is never pinged before the deadline.
Overdue is visible to all. Once
When a deadline passes, the bot posts exactly one group message listing who missed it. Close the task — the message is removed. Visibility motivates; noise doesn't.

No task ever gets lost

How much does it cost?
Nothing. DeloPulse is completely free: every feature — tasks, reminders, recurring assignments, analytics and the rating — is available at no cost and with no member limits.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Your Telegram account is your identity. Add the bot to a group, tap one confirmation button — and start assigning tasks. No e-mail, no passwords.
Does the bot read our conversation?
The bot processes only the commands and messages addressed to it. It works through the official Telegram Bot API, with no userbot accounts. Each group's data is isolated from other groups.
Will the bot spam the chat?
It won't. Each task has a single card that updates in place. Pre-deadline reminders arrive as direct messages only. The group learns about an overdue task from one message — removed once the task is closed.
What teams is it for?
Work groups of roughly 5 to 15 people: departments, project teams, operations shifts, distributed teams and working committees. One person can belong to several groups and see a personal summary across all of them.
What if an assignee hasn't opened a DM with the bot?
Telegram doesn't allow bots to message first. Until a member opens a chat with the bot, they get mentions in the group, and the bot honestly shows who the reminders can't reach yet. Connecting takes one tap.
